This bespoke kitchen design and furniture manufacturer is based in South Hertfordshire and they are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Showroom Sales Coordinator to join their busy team.
You will be responsible for spending time with customers in the showroom to guide them through their entire buying process. You will be responsible for the extensive showroom display showing all their kitchen ranges and styles demonstrating the quality of their in-house made product, along with recommendations for appliance, sink & tap and worktop selection.
This client information, along with details of the customers project, will be interpreted into a rough layout and price estimate to help the customer through the first stage of the buying process. You will liaise with the sales team and provide this information to the sales designers.
This position will ideally suit someone with previous experience of design and planning within the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom industry. You will have been involved with a customer facing role and have an appreciation of the importance of listening to clients needs, asking appropriate questions and discovering their project needs.
Person / Experience Required:
- Exemplary customer service and client facing skills
- Competent with MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of ArtiCAD software a distinct advantage but not essential
- Administration skills for orderly upkeep of client files
- Liaising with the sales team and installation department
- Aesthetic and design appreciation
- Current driving licence
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm plus working 1 out of 3 Saturdays (weekday off in lieu)
