KFC Payroll Administrator £25-26k

We are a fast growing KFC and Costa Coffee franchise company based in London and are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administator. The successful applicant will join our KFC team.

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Work on Excel and payroll software
  • Maintain payroll processing system by gathering and inputting data
  • Make necessary deductions/adjustments
  • Deal with queries from Store Managers/Area Managers
  • Resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records

The candidate will need to be:

  • Able to work in a pressured environment
  • Capable of dealing with a high volume of timesheets and payroll processing in a short amount of time
  • A team player who can support the payroll manager and go above and beyond their standard job role
  • Able to communicate with the rest of the finance function and store teams
  • Polite and well mannered
