KEYWORKER PART TIME

We are currently recruiting for a Key Worker to work closely with adults with complex physical disabilities and acquired brain injury. You would be working for an established charity in Camberley, providing care and rehabilitation to individuals to help them achieve their goals.

The successful candidate would be working from a purpose-built centre which provides a motivational environment, encouraging clients and staff to thrive. You should be totally committed to the provision of a high quality service with a "hands on" approach.

The successful candidate will:

•act as a key worker for specific named clients and keep accurate documentation.

•organise a variety of activities, accredited educational courses and therapies which benefit clients and provide life skills.

•assist with personal care tasks and other essential tasks as per care plans.

•attend team meetings and promote positive & effective communication with co-workers, clients and families.

Candidates should have:

•Direct experience of working with adults with disabilities and have two years experience of providing services to people with disabilities.

•Experience of report writing/care plans.

•Good IT skills.

•Experience of organising activities.

•Relevant NVQ2/3

Salary - £16,500 and £17,500 depending on experience

Holiday entitlement of 25 days + bank holidays

Working hours - 9.30 am - 3.30 4pm
