Key Stage Two Teaching Assistant -Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with Key Stage Two experience.

I am currently recruiting for a school in South Birmingham that are looking to appoint a new Learning Support Assistant to join their Key Stage Two team with a mixed 5/6 class. The positions are on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent for the right person. They are seeking people that have the relevant experience and a passion to make a positive change to the student's education and life. This will be working with a group of Year 6 students who need support and encouragement through their school life.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working alongside the class teacher and other TA's supporting pupils with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a one to one and small groups bases independently. You will be a source of support for pupils and will ensure they are motivated, happy, and engaged.

The successful candidate will bring at least 1 years of experience with Upper Key Stage Two. You will be empathetic and nurturing.
Level 2 or 3 qualification in education is essential for this role.
