Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an outgoing and engaging key Stage One Teaching Assistant to join their fun and welcoming team. The school are looking for the successful candidate to join them as soon as possible and until July 2019. This will be a full-time role working five days per week. Your daily rate of pay will be £75.00 per day. Working hours will be 8:30-3:30pm each day.
The successful candidate will be working in a vibrant and welcoming 3 form entry primary school in Barnet. The Headteacher is looking for a Key Stage One Teaching Assistant with the following attributes:

This role will require you to work as a general classroom practitioner in a Key Stage One class. The school can be flexible with the class you work in. You will be required to support the teacher implement lessons and assist with differentiation to ensure all pupils are receiving full access to the curriculum. The successful candidate will be working alongside an upbeat and successful class teacher who is a great role model for any Key Stage One Teaching Assistants who wish to become a teacher.
The school is very easily accessible via the Northern Line and the Overground allowing easy access to the school from North and South London. A large care park is available for staff who wish to drive to school.
If you are successful, the school can offer you an inclusive and progressive working environment. Senior leadership and middle level management are offered to staff who show willingness and prove to be hardworking. Staff who wish to take on extracurricular classes or create their own are encouraged to do so. All staff will report to the schools Executive Headteacher who is happy to offer training and guidance. Teaching training programmes can also be offered to staff who prove to be hardworking and wish to become a teacher in the future.
