Tradewind Recruitment have been asked by a school rated as 'Good' in all areas by Ofsted to find an inspirational and reliable primary teacher to join their very welcoming team next term. The successful primary teacher will lead a Year 5 class and following a successful assignment, an ongoing position could be offered either within this particular school or with the Trust.
In their most recent Ofsted inspection, pupils were described as eager to learn with many older pupils displaying outstanding attributes. Achievement is good overall with students doing particularly well in Years 5 and 6. The Head of School and SLT have worked well to raise achievement, teaching is good and the academy has effective systems for development.
The successful Primary Teacher will be:
Familiar and confident with the delivery of lessons in line with the National Curriculum
A committed and reliable teacher dedicated to the role
Consistently motivated to deliver engaging lessons
An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
A positive and personable role model for their class

The school is located in West Essex and easily accessible from Essex, Hertfordshire and parts of London.
As an ongoing supply role, the successful teacher will be expected to take on full teaching and classroom responsibilities. Due to the urgent nature of the position, it would be highly preferable that you will already hold a DBS on the Online Update Service and are able to interview/register ASAP.
