Academics are recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the borough of Croydon who are looking to take in a Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher.

The school has a quality Ofsted report which it is keen to maintain. As result the school looks to appoint the best candidates who work to instil the core values of the school. Teaching revolves around creating confident, ambitious young students fully equipped to have successful futures in education.

The school has a wonderful head teacher who has worked to change the reputation of the school for the better. They have built a strong network of teachers who have been at the school for a long time and turnover at the school is very low. This is a permanent teaching role and the school is looking for teachers with friendly personalities who are strong at building lasting relationship with their pupils.

These factors along with the lovely teaching staff create the perfect working environment to develop candidates teaching skills. This is therefore transferred to the kids who benefit from the happy and positive environment.

Candidates with experience in Primary teaching Key stage 2 would be preferred but newly qualified teachers would be considered. This could therefore be suited to a newly qualified teacher who is looking to gain experience in teaching.
