You will be joining the internal sales team at the regional office of a market leading national electrical wholesaler.
This is a proactive internal key accounts/sales co-ordinator role for an outgoing and ambitious individual who enjoys the buzz of a busy sales team. You will be the "single point of contact" for your own key accounts and work to enhance business relationships and maximise on future sales opportunities.
Day to day duties include;
Liaising with key accounts and ensuring their product requests are processed, dispatched and delivered to deadlines.
Handling incorrect/short/damaged deliveries, raising credit notes and ensuring resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
Preparing quotations and lead times. Liaising with manufacturers to ensure orders can be fulfilled in the correct timescales.
Assisting the marketing department with updating product catalogues and sales material.
Most importantly keeping the customer happy :-)
You will need a strong telephone manner, and have the ability to multi-task during busy periods.
Core hours are 8-5pm although some flexibility can be considered
