Our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated and driven Key Accounts Sales Administrator to join the Key Accounts Team based at Head Office in a fantastic office environment

Experience in a similar environment where you have managed Critical Path, dealt with goods coming in from overseas manufacturers that are sold into retailers, processed orders etc is ideal


Main duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Field Sales team and customer to manage daily activity for dedicated key account orders, including order input, communicating stock shortages and advising of delivery dates
  • Processing orders with Warehouse to ensure delivery dates are met
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within the logistics division
  • Completion of customer product matrix & ordering of accessories, hangers, labels for processing
  • Proactively manage forward orders, delay management and cancellations
  • Monthly analysis & management of customer take up of forward orders
  • Maintain customer profiles & instructions for processing
  • Maintain seasonal price lists & ensure all price changes in season are updated & recorded
  • Arranging barcodes & link codes for new styles each season to be sent to customers
  • Attend customer meetings either in-house or off site at customer's premises

Key Experience Required

The successfully appointed Key Accounts Sales Administrator will have excellent communication skills at all levels and be able to build and maintain solid relationships with Key Customers. You will maintain strong working relationships with the Logistic and Imports teams and be able to work to stringent deadlines.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Have an analytical approach
  • Able to interpret and manage large amounts of data
  • Have an understanding of the Critical Path
  • Be fully competent with Microsoft Excel and Word - to an advanced level
  • Be able to prioritise their workload effectively
  • Have sound commercial awareness
