To take responsibility for specified key accounts, over seeing day to day customer activities.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm.
Salary: Basic with potential of quarterly and end of year commissions
To take responsibility for specified key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key and site level decision makers through the delivery of excellent levels of service via telephone or written communication.
Roles and responsibilities
Day to day management of specified customers. Seek and identify opportunities to develop the accounts further. Prompt order processing, ensuring all sales and purchase orders are complete and ensuring the customer is informed of any discrepancies. Assisting with field sales providing quotes and comparisons. Maintaining and updating customer reports and KPI's. To contribute towards company targets and profit by the way of meeting and/or exceeding set targets, objectives and expectations. To work with others in your team, sharing ideas on how best to serve the customer. Demonstrate PHS core values: Professionalism, Teamwork, Trust & Honesty
A professional and honest team player but someone who can work on own initiative, with a good understanding of Microsoft applications would be a great advantage. Being able to speak confidently to customers at all levels. Although this is not cold sales previous sales experience would be useful.
