Job Title: Key Account Store Business Manager

BSH Home Appliances has an exciting and challenging management opportunity for Key Accounts Store Development Manager in our Kitchen Channel Sales department. This role is field based and covers a stretch of the South of England from Hastings to Penzance we are seeking a senior level candidate to fulfil the role, who will bring a great deal of knowledge and both experience and enthusiasm. Ideally you will live on, or within east access to this part of the UK.
Reporting to the National Key Account Manager, you will have experience of effectively manage the relationship between a manufacturer and Retail Store Leadership teams across the UK. You aim is to develop and maximise the true potential of all BSH brands, which will include product launches, promotional activities, brand communications and maximising value for both BSH and the Retailer. You should also support the Retail Store Leadership teams and ensure promotional plans are in line with all customer facing activities working with the Head of Key Accounts to ensure promotional activities are aligned across all accounts.
To succeed in the role you should have a sales focused approach and understands promotional activities (In-store and online). You also need to have good verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in presenting and communicating with key customers as well as being able to demonstrate analytical skills, designing and manipulating data in fairly complex Excel spreadsheets as required. As you will be working on your area for the majority of time you should be able to manage your time and priorities effectively and have the capacity to deal effectively with a wide range of people whilst remaining a strong team player, with the ability to engender the same throughout their team.
