Job Title: Key Account Service Support Administrator
Salary: £20,572.00 per annum
Position: Permanent, Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
The company is a successful privately owned independent lift company providing maintenance and modernisation solutions to a variety of customers. The business is looking for a reliable Service Administrator to support their Service Department.
As a result of the clients expanding National Service Portfolio an opportunity has arisen for an additional Administrator to join their Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for provide administrative support to the Key Account Service Manager and provide backup relief to the Call Desk Administrators, and work within the Department on all administration related tasks and processes, ensuring well maintained record keeping and customer service.
As the Service Support Administrator, you will be a point of contact for their Key Accounts in their Service Department and professionally communicate with colleagues, engineers, and customers on behalf of the Company and the Key Account Service Manager. You will Interpret and apply written and verbal instructions from the Key Account Service Manager and colleagues.
The role will require you to keep clients updated on outstanding works and manage the respective portals of their Key Accounts. You will compile end of day shutdown reports for the Key Accounts; Make up files and folders where required; and to ensure timely and accurate time sheet data entry and the filing there of.
- Excellent Customer Care skills with confidence to professionally handle sensitive or difficult situations (within the lift / engineering industry would be preferred) - previous reactive call centre experience preferred.
- Professional and polite manner.
- Attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and filings
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skill with experience of responding to external and internal demands.
- PC literate with accurate typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work with a variety of people and use own initiative.
- 40 hour week Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
