Job Title Key Account Resourcer

Contract Type Permanent - Full Time

Business Area Recruitment/Staffing

Salary £22,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

Basic Hours of Work Monday - Friday 08:30 -17:30 with flexibility

Holiday Entitlement 20 days per annum, plus bank holidays

Location: This role is based in Chichester, West Sussex but will involve working across the U.K including some over night stays

gap fmcg is a division of gap personnel group the 4th largest independent recruitment business in the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for a "Key Account Resourcer" to join our already successful division

We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic individual to join our fmcg division to work in partnership with our prestige Fresh produce client. To deliver all aspects of candidate attraction, sourcing and carefully selecting quality labour with the right skills & abilities.

The role will require you to travel to various locations across the U.K and will include periods away from home to deliver specific projects

Responsibilities - This is a client facing role

  • To promote our client and the fantastic opportunities they are currently offering
  • Sourcing & fully screening candidates from internal and external networking sources
  • Building strong relationships with clients & candidates offering a complete support network
  • Screening CV's for suitability & conducting pre telephone screening interviews
  • Arranging & conducting face to face /skype Interviews
  • Organising candidate online assessments and job specific work trials
  • Communicating with the client at all levels
  • Delivering against client labour plans and timescales
  • Managing candidate job offers & contractual paperwork
  • Organising and arranging client specific corporate inductions
  • Updating pre agreed client specific KPI data
  • Achieving deadlines and pre agreed targets
  • Attending weekly recruitment project meetings with the client
  • Updating & refreshing job advertisements

Skills/Knowledge & Experience

  • Self motivation with the ability to use own initiative
    • Willing to spend time away from home to deliver specific recruitment campaigns. Must be flexible with working hours / days
  • Own transport is essential for this position due to location
  • A good standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well under pressure with Exceptional attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, professional and performance driven
  • Recruitment/staffing/Customers Service industry experience will be a distinct advantage, however not essential.
  • Happy to undertake training & development
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms

Due to the natures of the role, applicants will ideally be fluent in one or more of the following languages, Polish, Romanian, Latvian, Russian, Hungarian, Czech, Portuguese, Bulgarian or Lithuanian.
