They are seeking a key role within their business ; Key Account Relationship Manager to manage one of their most prestigious accounts.
Key Account Relationship Manager
The role will focus on account development, relationship building and recruitment experience ideally gained in IT, Outsourcing, Banking, Retail, SAAS.
It will focus heavily on building, nurturing and investing relationships across the business and also with a recruitment aspect at times.
About the job
This role has stakeholder management responsibilities and you will need to have experience of working as a trusted advisor to your clients.
As one of the main points of contacts for the client you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring that hiring managers are kept informed of the recruitment strategy and operational activity undertaken on their behalf.
You will need to fully brief the team on all recruitment assignments and manage the end to end process, working with the headhunters ensuring that the team works effectively and professionally to meet the client’s needs.
In this client facing role it is important that the benefits and values of the company are articulated and consistently applied when dealing with your client base.
The person mostly likely to be successful in this position will have the following:
Previous RPO, In-house Recruitment or Recruitment Agency Experience
Experience of recruiting at all levels in Employee Benefits, Wealth Management, Investments & Pensions
Experience in selling recruitment services along with the ability to build client relationships and confidence, with first class written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
The ability to close deals whilst at the same time responding quickly and professionally to requirements
Forecasting and budgeting skills
The ability to understand complex situations and foresee implications and outcomes over the longer term
Strong planning and organisational skills, with high attention to detail are essential
Ability to develop meaningful relationships with senior managers and stakeholders
Some travel to other sites will be necessary
