Key Account Manager – Home-Based

Location: Home-based with occasional travel

Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for building strong relationships and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a proactive professional to lead customer engagement and deliver outstanding service across UK and European markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business-as-usual activities, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data insights and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage complex accounts, oversee range change processes, and deliver high-quality client presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in buying, merchandising, operations, supply chain, and analytics.
  • Lead crew engagement programs, marketing initiatives, and support commercial growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management within airline retail, retail, or similar sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a bias for action.
