Fast growing luxury retail business based in the Cheadle area seeks a Key Account Manager for their growing team.
Reporting to the General Manager this is a role that will offer you an opportunity to totally manage your own accounts, develop and progress within this fast growing entrepreneurial business.
You would be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximising sales/growth opportunities within your accounts.
You will be focused on growing, developing and retaining existing clients, together with generating new business by acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. You will develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure business retention. You will take responsibility in managing the customer projects to ensure the plans are effectively and timely executed.
The right candidate will also have a proven ability to manage multiple account projects at the same time, whilst maintaining attention to detail. You will have come from an Account Management background in retail, potentially the sale of luxury goods.
