Our client are global leaders in Disability Management; they offer solutions to streamline Workplace Adjustment Services. Managing and providing ongoing customer support for employees of large corporate companies upon our client’s Workplace Adjustment Service.

Position: Key Account Manager 
Location: Southampton (Commutable from Eastleigh, Winchester, Andover, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Salisbury and surrounding areas) 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 
Salary: £22 to £25k per annum 

About the role: 

The Key Account Manager will need the ability to develop long-term relationships with assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders (internal and external). Travel to client sites will be necessary for implementation of new contracts and governance meetings. Professional delivery of presentations to executive level at varied locations. 

Liaison between cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs. Monitoring KPI and SLA performance and contractual adherence. Ability to add value to accounts by identifying and creating additional services. You will be working alongside internal line managers to assign and track work related the accounts you are responsible for. 


- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers 
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors 
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs and objectives 
- Assisting in the formation of service schedules and contractual agreements 
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 
- Forecast and tract key account metrics 
- Identify and grow opportunities 
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed 
- Updates to Board and Operations 

About you: 

- Proven Account Management or other relevant experience 
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels 
- Confident presenting and communicating with clients at an executive level 
- Experience in delivery of client focused solutions based on customer needs 
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects whilst paying strict attention to detail 
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Experience of working to key performance indicators, meeting contract requirements and keeping up to date with relevant legislations, policies and procedures 
- To be strong in email and computer system packages (e.g. Microsoft Office) 
- To have excellent interpretation / analytical skills; meaning you can digest information efficiently and successfully and then fully communicate this to a variety of stakeholders in a way they will understand 


- Previous case management experience 
- An understanding of SPLD’s, mental health conditions and disabilities would be advantageous
