Key Account Manager, Salary: Up to c£40k + Car, Uncapped Commission, Contributory pension. Based out of Grays covering London and surrounding areas. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent on the road visiting clients.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Manager to work for dynamic and expanding market leader in the hire of portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Sales person / Key Account Manager to report to the Key Accounts Director and work to develop strategic plans, define and review clear objectives for each key account and to expand each defined key account revenue and profitability to agreed annual targets. The role holder will also be expected to deliver strategic sales presentations and develop innovative proposals. The Key Account manager will be responsible for key accounts in the London and South East region.
The environment is a busy one, and the ideal candidate would need to have excellent interpersonal skills, experience in a sales environment and evidence in excellent customer care skills, good IT and organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner and a flexible approach to both work and working hours. Proven and measurable past success in a Key Account Manager / Sales Executive / Business Development Manager role within a B2B environment. Experience from within temporary accommodation or commercial construction with an understanding of construction process and site services would be highly advantageous.
