The Role: The successful Key Account Manager will be selling purely into the end user space, dealing with the likes of warehousing, distribution, industrial process and OEMs. This new role is biased towards business development although you will inherit a portfolio of accounts to manage, speaking to warehouse, operations and purchasing managers throughout the North of England. A full company induction and shadowing experience will ensure your success here and the opportunity to move into a National Account Manager role in time also awaits you.

The Company: Established for nearly a century and continually growing their £60 million sales turnover, our client is a well-respected organisation now looking to recruit a new Key Account Manager. They manufacture a range of materials handling capital equipment including fork lift trucks, pallet trucks and tugger trains.

For this Key Account Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will have a track record of selling capital equipment or plant hire into the industrial, process and manufacturing sectors
  • Technically minded sales people with plenty of drive will succeed here

Benefits of this Key Account Manager role:
