KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - BH12 - POOLE - £22 - £25K DOE

My very exciting client are looking for enthusiastic, and self-motivated team players to service and "look after" their very high-end clients, including the likes of Harrods! This Key Account Manager role resides within a very dynamic and target driven team who manage existing, and develop new accounts, to support the continued growth of the business.

*This role would suit somebody creative, that has an eye for colour and design, and has managed high end, well known accounts previously*

PROFILE AND ROLE REPONSIBILITIES OF THE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery to an extremely high standard

  • Build outstanding customer relationships and manage accounts to a high standard

  • Respond to sales enquiries (email, phone and fax)

  • Negotiate with customers

  • Make sales orders and process invoices

  • Generate and qualify business, developing products, events and new areas of business

  • Participate in trade shows, fairs and events across the country

THE IDEAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER PROFILE

  • 2 years business to business experience within a creative realm, working directly with customers to understand individual expectations; with a background knowledge or an understanding of wholesale and retail sales techniques

  • Good planning and time management and highly organised

  • Adaptability, Resilience and tenacity

  • Self - motivation, with an ability to balance a diverse workload

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Strong IT capability - Excel/Word/Sage 50 (preferred)

  • Adaptable (good with change)

  • Copes well under pressure
