Job Title: Key Account Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000

Job Description: Recruiting for a Key Account Manager to manage around £2.5M worth of business managing accounts such as Robert Dyas, Homebase, Wickes etc. You will have P&L responsibility, be adept at negotiation trading terms and identify new business opportunities within the channel. You will visit accounts regularly in a field based role and conduct sales forecasting, build strong relationships and recommend promotional activity.
The Person: The ideal person for this Key Account Manager role will have experience managing an account portfolio of a similar size and ideally with at least one of the accounts mentioned above, though similar accounts would still be considered. You will be used to working nationally and visiting head office for your account base. You will also have a track record of hitting targets and ideally come from the DIY or similar sector.
The Benefits: A package of up to £38,000 + bonus + car allowance + laptop + phone
