Established for over 25 years my client is a hugely successful distributor of a range of catering products selling to customers throughout the foodservice sector. An ambitious 'brand’ that has grown year on year, becoming without doubt the number one player in their sector.
My client is expanding and looking for an additional sales person to cover the region from Peterborough up to Lincoln.
Selling predominately to existing customers you will be tasked with ensuring you regularly visit these customers keeping them aware the full product portfolio, up-selling and range selling, maximising the account spend.
The role will involve following up leads and enquiries managing existing customers and creating new business opportunities. The role that requires a high level of activity meeting numerous customers daily.
Candidates will be self-starters motivated by hitting targets with real drive and enthusiasm. It is important they are strong relationship builders to retain and manage a strong account base.
Ideally you will already have sales experience in the catering equipment or foodservice sector, although candidates with strong B2B sales background will be considered. People from office supplies and advertising sales backgrounds have previously had success in this role.
As well as a competitive salary, you will be offered a good benefits and bonus package. The package includes company car, ipad, pension, and company credit and fuel cards. Bonus is paid monthly with quarterly and annual overrides.
