Key Account Manager - USA Territories

I am working with a leading company HQ based in Trafford and offices in London and USA as they look to expand their USA team specifically focusing on North America with the appointment of a Key Account Manager.

You will be joining a company who are a market leader in their field have over 28,000 clients and operate across 39 global territories, this is a dynamic and fast paced organisation and I am looking for a like minded candidate that will thrive in this type of environment whilst ensuring your clients receive a service that is second to none.

Ideally you will have dealt with the US marketplace and have an understanding of how they operate and like to engage, your client relationship skills will be exceptional and you will continuously go the extra mile for your dedicated account base.

You should be an effective communicator over the phone, via email and occasionally face to face, you will be dealing with all sizes of business across a number of industries and usually with a senior contact so you must be adaptable, able to build a rapport and efficiently resolve any issues that arise whilst seeking out any further growth opportunities within the client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Managing your own portfolio of new and existing clients
  • Build relationships with your client base to ensure account longevity
  • Deal with any issue efficiently to limit any retention issues
  • Communicate as committed by phone and email
  • Identify any further growth opportunities

Please note as this is supporting the US marketplace the working hours will be Mon-Fri 13:00-22:00 ( you may also be required to work UK bank holidays for which you will receive days in lieu)
