We have two new exciting opportunities for Key Account Managers to join our Primary Care Service (covering both Roodlane Medical and Blossoms Healthcare) reporting to Director of Client Relations.The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HCA Healthcare UK’s most strategically important corporate clients, for delivering HCA primary care services and raising the profile and awareness of HCA Healthcare UK in the corporate market place.
HCA Healthcare UK’s portfolio of corporate clients resides in the Primary Care, Occupational Health and Corporate Wellbeing businesses within HCA Healthcare UK.
The post-holder will manage the strategic relationships within a defined portfolio of key clients and will be accountable for delivering the organisational objectives and everyday task management to effectively support such accounts.
This is a full time post working 37.5 Hours a week, Monday – Friday
Salary package is competitive and dependent on experience (include your salary expectations as part of your application)
Duties & Responsibilities
Evolve existing client relationships and tailor messages to effectively engage senior executives and wider stakeholder community.Gain clarity, insight and a full understanding of the Clients’ strategic business goals and challenges, and evaluate how HCA Healthcare UK can support their strategic objectivesAbility to manage the new business and implementation process end to end Deliver effective responses and resolutions to all manner of issues arising, and be able to interact with Client’s influencers and decision makersNegotiate and finalise the renewal of each assigned Client contract and deliver the required business resultsProactively and enthusiastically update clients, appointed intermediaries and other external constituents on HCA Healthcare UK’s capabilities to create business opportunitiesDeliver organised, polished presentations of solutions, with benefits tied to the clients’ business needs, in collaboration with HCA Primary Care CEO and clinical management team.Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that is aligned with constituent’s (client’s/intermediary’s) objectives, financial position and benefits strategy, while providing profitable revenue and growth to HCA Healthcare UK
Skills & Experience
Educated to degree level or suitable qualitficationKnowledge and understanding of the corporate private healthcare/ employee benefits industry requiredExtensive and demonstrable experience in a senior/ key account management role

The successful candidate will be a confident and effective communicator with the ability to work in a high pressure environment and deliver to deadlines. They will be self-motivated, have the ability to think analytically, strategically and be driven by results. They will be extremely credible, customer relationship oriented and able to gain respect from Senior Executives as well as build firm relationships at multiple levels of the client.
