Key Account Manager - Composites

At STRUCTeam we want a Key Account Manager to join our diverse and creative team.

STRUCTeam addresses a market need for independent technology and business advice across the composites supply chain, enabling its clients to make the right choices for their business. The company helps leading global engineering, construction and technology brands to meet their composites challenges, and has completed over 100 successful projects since it was founded in 2010.

In this newly created role you will be responsible for creating new sales leads and maintaining the already strong client base. Ideally you will have solid industry knowledge and background in achieving sales targets, which means you can hit the ground running. Our company has a dedicated team already and we are looking for someone who wants to work in this dynamic and fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial spirit is a must and the want to move forward in your career should be your driver.

Duties will include:

Successfully selling engineering consultancy services.

Establish, develop and implement a strategy for selling directly to targeted key accounts and new business leads.

Manage the sales cycle

Be an ambassador for the company through building strong client relations

Maximise sales opportunities through personal knowledge; continuously identifying and generating leads as well as keeping up to date on local trends and individual client developments.

You will need to demonstrate:

Knowledge of the Composites/Engineering industry with an already established network is an advantage

Technology or software sales experience with a successful history of new business sales.

Proven track record in gaining new business and managing face to face client meetings.

Highly proficient IT skills

Fluency in English is a must but the ability to speak a second language would also be an advantage due to the global reach of our product. The ability to travel international is also a necessity.
