Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic company based in Stroud, with their search for a Key Account/Field Sales Manager. This an exceptional opportunity, and we are looking for individuals who are looking to take their next step in their sales career.
The main purpose for this role is to focus on the acquisition of new business opportunities, regularly engaging at a senior level within a large business.
- Build strong relationships with customers, with face to face meetings and full tender and proposition responses
- Self-generate opportunities in large business markets via effective networking
- Pro-actively assess, clarify, and validate the customers sales requirements
- Constructing formal bid proposals
- Provide in-depth market knowledge to help make customers make an informed decision
- Develop and implement new ideas when approaching a new client base
- Working towards targets and KPI's
Skill Set Required:
- Previous field sales/business development experience
- Awareness of B2B sales
- Analytical ability to assess and interpret data and identify opportunities
- Ability to develop relationships and leverage added value from them
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-driven and results driven
