Our world leading client is looking for a Junior Unified Communications Engineer , you will ideally have contact centre experience and a CCNP qualification as a minimum. You must have the basics but training and development will be very much part of the role.
Skills and attributes needed include:
Design, implementation, support and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications systems including but not limited to CUCM, CUC, Unity, UCCX, CUPS, VG, CUBE, CER, CVP
Support of Cisco Agent Desktop and Supervisor desktop clients
Call Centre wallboards, and call routing etc.
Good, broad Cisco networking knowledge and experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in unified communications, Cisco voice, networking
Call Center systems engineering experience advantageous
Exposure to ITIL practices would be advantageous
