Junior Technology Support Consultant

Do you have experience working with customers?

Do you have 5 GCSE's grade 'C' or above and a valid driving license?


If so I am working with an innovative, technology based company in North Bristol who are looking for individuals to be part of their technical support team. As they have bespoke internal systems and applications I am able to open this opportunity to individuals passionate about working in IT who do not necessarily have the experience working in IT.

Responsibilities:-

You will work closely with customers to resolve calls quickly and efficiently.

You will identify and resolve issues reported involving the bespoke code-set installed with each customer.

You will be reporting to the Technical Manager who is part of the Second Line Support Team involved in all aspects of technical and customer support.

This is a role which is fast paced and often time critical.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for IT.
