A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Technical Support Engineer has arisen within a niche software solutions and services company. They are looking for an experienced, proactive and vibrant individual to compliment their existing team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
• First line of support and customer care to include case logging, resolution and troubleshooting
• Responsible for escalating issues to relevant party and where needed attend on-site projects.
• Administrative functions e.g. monthly statistics
• To assist in the maintenance of hardware inventory and organise any purchases the business requires
Working within a friendly team you should have proven experience of, MS Windows and Microsoft Office including Excel. You will have excellent customer services skills, be courteous, well mannered, a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to forge a career for yourself and willing to work hard towards your goals. Knowledge of SQL Server would be a bonus however is not essential.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm and on top of your salary you will receive a competitive benefits package to include 25 days paid holiday, contributory pension scheme, opportunity for performance related bonuses, company pool car & full expense for any travel and onsite parking.
