Junior Supply Chain Assistant
Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Ltd, are looking to recruitment a Junior Trainee Supply Chain Assistant to join our very successful family run business on the outskirts of Maidstone. You will be working within a small team and you will play a key role. Your role will be to ensure that there is enough stock to fulfil client orders, coupled with administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who carries a positive and enthusiastic outlook and who is able to respond quickly to changing needs and priorities.
So do you have 2+ years solid administrative background (ideally within stock control but not essential), are you able to work to time critical deadlines, are you numerate and able to analysis and run report with a high level of accuracy? Can you use MS Office packages and Excel to an intermediate level? Do you have exceptional attention to detail and can work in partnership with internal departments with an excellence in communication?
All About the ROLE!
- Running stock reports (Excel based)
- Reporting to suppliers
- Managing and tracking orders taking appropriate action were needed
- Investigating stock discrepancies/ damaged / out of stock and returns
- Ordering of stock lines
- Chasing orders
- Liaising with all internal departments
- Data Input
