A Junior Sous Chef is required to join the kitchen of a high volume restaurant venue in Cheshire

Role:

A fresh food restaurant with a separate function room is seeking to appoint a Junior Sous Chef to the kitchen team. The venue serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with all dishes prepared using fresh ingredients with plenty of locally sourced produce used. The role needs a Junior Sous Chef who can work across the sections in the kitchen whilst also supporting the Head and Sous Chefs with the supervision of the CDPs and Commis Chefs as well as deputising for the Sous Chef in their absence.

Requirements:

A strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef with a stable background working in high volume, fresh food kitchens is required to take on this role as you must be able to cope well under pressure. A chef who has worked on all sections in the kitchen is needed at this venue as you will move around the kitchen.
