A popular hotel located in Rutland is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef position
The Head Chef of a four star hotel is seeking to appoint a Junior Sous Chef with true all round cooking skills in the kitchen. In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be joining the kitchen preparing dishes for the award winning restaurant and the banqueting department. The role will require you to work across the sections in the kitchen including being comfortable to work on the pastry section when needed to as well as deputising for the Sous Chef in their absence.
A Senior Chef de Partie who is looking to take the next step into a Junior Sous Chef role is required for this role. A stable CV working in high quality kitchens where you gained knowledge of all sections including a basic knowledge of pastry is essential for this role.
