We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join the team at this attractive "Cotswold" village based Hotel offering excellent career development opportunities and job security.

This really is a great career opportunity and a chance to shine in a well established property with excellent standards, realistic working hours ~ joining a brigade of 14 (4 on Pastry Section)

You will be well looked after and work within a modern hospitality environment of a fully professional brigade where you are not just a number but a valued member of a great team

High quality standards throughout all areas (2/3 Rosette Standards)

With only a small amount of Conference and Banqueting the Hotel is presently aimed at the Leisure marketplace and mainly concentrates on multi area "Restaurant" Catering offering varying bespoke menu’s and making good use of the plentiful local produce

You will need to be driven and determined to meet the standards required and have the skills to direct / train and manage the brigade that you support

You will effectively be No3 in the Kitchen and support and share responsibilities with the Head & Sous Chefs who will give you their full support and continued development including menu involvement etc

You will become part of a well groomed award winning brigade who are fully supported by the Head Chef & Owners and there is presently a large investment going on that will continue over the next 1+ years and will increase the C&B + Wedding areas of the business which is presently quite low

Experience Required :

You will need to have been working at 2 Rosettes within a similar role / environment

Possible suit a Senior CDP looking for the next stage up the "Ladder of Success" or a present Junior Sous looking to enhance their skills

Your CV will show a progressive and structured career path thus far and you will need to have the drive and determination to succeed meeting the standards required at this prestigious level
