A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a four star hotel located in Hampshire
The Head Chef of a four star hotel that is a leisure focused hotel due to its excellent facilities is seeking to appoint a Junior Sous Chef. Joining a team of ten chefs working in the kitchen this role of Junior Sous Chef will require you to prepare fresh, healthy and balanced dishes for the hotel’s 100 cover restaurant as well as banquets for the events rooms at the property. As this is a senior role in the kitchen the position will require you to assist with the supervision of the junior members of the kitchen team and deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence.
A Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who has a stable CV based in four star hotels is required to take on this position. Excellent all round cooking skills alongside the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen are essential.
