My Client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help run their amazing and prestigious restaurant. situated in beautiful grounds for a high end private members golf club in Surrey.
-You will train and support the wider kitchen team CDP's and Commis to order to consistently deliver to the expectation of both members and management.
- Assist to deliver the budget requirement as set out by the CMC and board, food cost,
- wage costs and all another budget costs attached to the department
- Plan and produce rotas that ensure correct cover to manage the business requirements within the budget costs
- Process all orders through Procure Wizard, adhering to supplier cut off points.
- Accept daily deliveries and ensure all are in order by checking weights and quality
- Prepare menu changes in advance working with the team, using the sales mix
