Our Client, a well-established gastro pub with fantastic views, require a Junior Sous Chef to join their growing brigade.
Taking inspiration from the best of British food, everything is seasonal and made in house using fresh locally sourced ingredients.
As Junior sous Chef:
- You will remain calm under pressure
- Flexible to work all sections in the kitchen, showing skill through diversity
- Have good kitchen experience within a similar style kitchen
- Knowledgeable about fresh food
- Down to earth and able to work well in a team
- Hands on and able to get stuck in as and when needed
- Passionate and eager to learn
- Train junior members of the team
- Menu concepts
This location is accessible by public transport.
