We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior Sous Chef/CDP to join this award winning Gastro Pub who hold 2 Rosettes in the Ashbourne area. You will be part of a well-respected, team of staff serving high-quality dishes using state of the art equipment combining classical and modern techniques.
Junior Sous Chef/CDP Requirements;
- Must be an existing CDP or Junior Sous Chef within a fresh food operation
- Experience of Rosettes/Accolades is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working in a fast paced kitchen
- Trained on all sections of the kitchen
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Well-presented, articulate and have a real passion for delivering the highest quality of food to company standards
