Holding two AA rosettes the restaurant has an outstanding reputation within the local area for being a great experience! As a senior member of the team you will be in control of your section whilst guiding and assisting the younger chefs under the supervision of the talented Head Chef.
This is a very busy restaurant, the Head Chef therefore requires someone from a stable background who is capable and experienced at working in a fast paced, rosette environment. He is also looking for someone who is relaxed and down to earth with a good attitude, to fit in with this friendly brigade.
