The pub is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in serving a fresh Seasonal Menu with daily specials.
The Chef Role
Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing fresh cooked food - British Seasonal Menu
Managing and ordering for your section
Maintain Hygiene & Safety Standards
Already working as a Junior Sous Chef in a fresh environment
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers at a Rosette level
To be considered for this position you must have worked within busy fresh food hotel previously or busy gastro pub environment. In addition, you will cope well with the pressures of a high volume, fast paced operation.
