We have an exciting opportunity for a junior sous / sous chef to join our client, a privately owned restaurant cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredientsat a rosette level.
The kitchen team has a very talented pool of chefs that deliver amazing quality dishes as well as pushing to be different. With an organic farm on the doorstep they use local organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working at the required level (or be ready to progress to junior sous level) as well as having experience of working in quality establishments.
There are also training and development opportunities available with the in-house butchery, dairy processing and cheese-making facilities. Further benefits include gym membership, a health plan, a bonus scheme and staff uniforms and meals when on shift.
£24,000 - £26,000 basic + £1500 tips + paid overtime after 40 hours
