Junior Sous Chef - Live-In
Junior Sous and Chef De Partie required for a fine dining restaurant in Husthwaite
My client are a well-known restaurant with rooms in Husthwaite. They are seeking to expand their team with the addition of a Junior Sous and a Chef De Partie. The kitchen is run by a renowned Chef with vast experience, knowledge and talent in the industry which he is eager to pass on.
Due to this, experience in fine dining is not essential but the successful candidate should have experience with 100% Fresh food cooking.
The venue has already had their first visit from Michelin and the 2nd is due any time. They are also expected to gain at least 2 Rosettes from the AA in the coming months. So this is a real opportunity to be part of the team to gain those accolades and really make a name for yourself!
