Junior Sous Chef - Bristol Area
Our client is looking for a dynamic and committed Junior Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team in this award winning Italian restaurant.
The right Junior Sous Chef will need to be a passionate leader of your kitchen team and able to succeed in a busy, fast paced environment where quality and service is everything.
The ideal Junior Sous Chef Will:
- Have a great eye for quality and detail
- Be guest focused doing whatever it takes to get it right.
- Be an Inspirational leader capable of communicating both upwards and downwards bringing new ideas to the table.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and cope with a busy service is essential
- Have experience in a similar position, although very strong Chef de Partie's will be considered.
- Must speak a good level of Italian in order to communicate with the rest of the team.
