We are looking for a Junior Sous or a Chef De Partie with a friendly personality, definite 'cando’ attitude, excellent attention to detail and a real passion for food and drink. This is a full time permanent position. You must have a proven background in a professional kitchen with a minimum of two years’ experience cooking with fresh food and the ability to manage your own section. All candidates must be able to commit to a 5 day a week shift pattern including weekends.
The position is offering a very competitive salary ranging from £24,000 - £26,000 p.a. dependent on experience.
