We have a position for an outstanding Junior Sous Chef who is comfortable working with (and creating) quality dishes, using only the best locally sourced ingredients. Previous kitchen experience is essential, to at least at Chef de Partie level.
This is a fast-paced role in a high-volume restaurant which is not only a great concept, but a lot of fun. There is plenty of opportunity for progression, with expansion plans on the horizon; this is not just a UK concept so if working abroad is something you are looking for in the future this could be the role for you.
