£22,000/year (up to £3,000/year additional in tips, paid monthly)
40-45 Hours per week (2 week days and Sunday evenings off)
Working hours: Earliest start: 9:00AM, latest finish: 10:00PM

I am looking to speak with experienced Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef De Parties to join my client's friendly kitchen team working in a stunning, gastro-pub establishment.
The menu is a modern take on traditional English cuisine working with high quality, locally sourced, fresh ingredients.
- 1 year+ experience in either a Senior Chef De Partie or Junior Sous Chef role
- Experience of working with fresh ingredients
Own transport is desired due to limited public transport links.
