All the menus are seasonal modern and British, using locally sourced produce where possible. All cuisine is made from fresh including all stocks, sauces, desserts, ice creams etc, using classic and modern cooking techniques. 100% Fresh Food!
As Junior Sous Chef you will need to be able to run all sections in the kitchen with confidence and ease. You will be a strong leader and able to assist the head Chef in ensuring the team are working together well and delivering excellent food at all times. You will have a strong eye for detail and be passionate about what you do to ensure the companies high standards are adhered to at all times.
With a busy restaurant all year round and a thriving private hire and outdoor event space you will need to understand the demands of such a business. You must be hands on and thrive upon the hustle and bustle of a busy, fast paced, high volume kitchen. Experience within a similar environment is essential.
The successful Chef candidate will need strong man management & Cooking skills, enthusiasm & a creative flair with the passion to further their career.
- 48 hours working week
- 2 days off a week
- 3 splits & 2 straights
- Excellent Tips up to £6,000 per year
- Christmas Day and New Years Day off
