A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a dining pub located in Suffolk
A dining focused pub located in a village setting is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team working in the open plan kitchen at the property. The pub has been fully refurbished with a brand new kitchen that is excellently equipped. The pub offers its customers snacks and light bites during the day followed by formal 'a la carte’ dining in the evening with the restaurant seating 60 covers with a further 20 covers in the bar area. In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be working within a team of eight chefs where you will be working across the sections and supporting the senior chefs with their roles.
The Head Chef is seeking a strong Junior Sous Chef who has excellent all round cooking skills with recent experience working in a high quality, a la carte kitchen. A flexible chef who is capable of working well under pressure in a busy, open plan kitchen is required for this role.
