A new opening pub located in North Derbyshire is seeking a Junior Sous Chef
Part of a small, independent group of pubs this role of Junior Sous Chef is based at their newest property which has recently been refurbished. This role of Junior Sous Chef will see you joining a team of nine chefs working in the kitchen and will require you to be work across the sections in the kitchen. The menus at the pub offer high quality relaxed dining with sharing plates, small plates, wood fired oven pizzas as well as the main menu with all dishes prepared from top quality ingredients.
This role would suit a highly experienced Senior Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous Chef who has been working in a similar busy, fresh food pub. All round cooking skills are essential for this role and candidates should also be confident of supervising others in the kitchen.
