A Junior Sous Chef is required to join the kitchen of a leading Cotswold Country Inn
Working within a team of highly talented chefs this role of Junior Sous Chef is based in an award winning, fine dining country inn that offers its customers modern British menus with a set menu for lunch and 'a la carte’ dining in the evening. The Head Chef of the property has already gained three AA Rosettes but is constantly pushing the standards in order to achieve further awards or accolades and will offer the successful Junior Sous Chef the opportunity to have an input on the menus which focus strongly on the seasons.
All Junior Sous Chefs applying for the role must already have gained experience working in three AA Rosettes with a stable career so far. A passionate chef who has excellent all round cooking skills with the ability to supervise others in the kitchen to ensure that the exacting standards expected at the property are always achieved.
