A West Yorkshire hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the busy kitchen team
The Head Chef of a popular hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the team of chefs working in the kitchen which is focused on homemade, fresh, seasonal dishes. In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be preparing dishes for a number of different outlets including the hotel’s pub restaurant which has a large menu, a Sunday carvery and also hosts theme nights. There are also a number of conference and banqueting rooms which host special events, weddings and business meetings.
This role requires a Junior Sous Chef who has good all round cooking skills gained from previous positions within hotels. It is important that all chefs applying to the role are capable of working well under pressure in a high volume cooking environment.
